Involvement with Disney Infinity[]
John Lasseter, the chief creative officer of Pixar, supported the game from the start. Pixar worked closely with Avalanche on the Play Sets derived from Pixar-produced properties.[1][2] Toy Story, The Incredibles, Cars, and Monsters University all have a playset and playable characters, while Finding Nemo, WALL-E, and Up are also represented in-game in various ways. In Disney Infinity: 2.0 Edition, Brave got a playable character, and Ratatouille was also represented in-game. In Disney Infinity 3.0, Inside Out and Finding Dory both have a playset and playable characters, and A Bug's Life, the only remaining Pixar film with no Disney Infinity content, was finally represented by the farming crop, Flik's Giant Grain.
