Chewbacca (aka Chewie) is a character from the Lucasfilm Ltd. Star Wars film series. He may be used in:

the Rise Against the Empire Play Set with Disney Infinity 3.0 (only) and other Star Wars Play Sets once the Champion Coin has been collected in each,
the Toy Box for Disney Infinity 3.0 only, and
all Toy Box Expansion Games (Disney Infinity 3.0).

He is sold as a single figure, and was released on September 29, 2015 in the US. ^[1] He was confirmed to be playable on Toy Box TV.^[2]^[3]

Abilities[]

Chewbacca's long range weapon is his Bowcaster, and his melee attack is a series of punches. Chewie's Skill Tree provides more options for both methods of attack, including a Block Breaker, a roar attack, a more powerful block that repels enemies, and the ability to periodically fire a single explosive blast from the Bowcaster. Chewie's Special Move is Chewbacca's Gambit, which causes him to throw a single Thermal Detonator at enemies, temporarily stunning them. This move can be upgraded to allow Chewie to throw multiple detonators at one time.

Trivia[]

If you perform his Breaking Defenses Level 2 attack while holding a gun/blaster Tool, he will shoot from the Tool instead of his Bowcaster.
When hitting objects or defeating Battle Droids with his mid-air claw attack, it will slice in half as if hit by a Lightsaber.
