How to obtain:
- 1.0 and 2.0: It is unlocked by default.

- In the 1.0 Build View, it can be found under the "Decorations" category.
- In the 2.0 Toy Box Editor it can be found under the "Decorations" category when "Unfiltered", and under the "Country" category when filtered by "Decorations".
- In the 3.0 Toy Box Editor it can be found under the "Decorations" category when "Unfiltered", and under the "City" category when filtered by "Decorations".
