Female S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 2 is a Townsperson from Marvel's Spider-Man. She first appears in Disney Infinity 2.0 in the Marvel's Spider-Man Play Set.

- If she encounters an enemy, she will not run away or faint like other Townspeople, but will start shooting it with her gun. The enemy may attack her too, but she can not get defeated, since she is a Townsperson. She shares this ability with Metroville Police Officer, UN Guard, Male S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 1 and 2, Female S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 1, and Police Officer 1 and 2, .
- However, if she or anyone mentioned above are put on a team, they will attack by kicking and punching like normal Townspeople. This also allows them to get defeated.
