Groot is a character from the Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy. He may be used in:
- the Guardians of the Galaxy Play Set with Disney Infinity 2.0 (only)
- the Toy Box for Disney Infinity 2.0 and later,
- all Marvel Toy Box Games for 2.0 and later, and
- all Toy Box Expansion Games (Disney Infinity 3.0).
He was revealed during the Disney Infinity Marvel Superheroes Live Event.
Abilities[]
Using his arms, Groot attacks with some powerful strikes in his melee attack. In his ranged attack, he burrows his arm into the ground, and makes it come up from underneath the opponents. In Groot's Special Move, he grows larger, while attacks nearby enemies. This move can be upgraded to include a bark shield, that can be regenerated. Groot has Maximum Strength, and can unlock the Wall Crawler Special Ability.
Skill Tree[]
Groot's Skill Tree is, like all the other playable characters', divided into branches that improve different abilities. Following is a list of all the upgrades in the four different branches in Groot's Skill Tree, plus the 2 Respenders.
