The Toy Story Mania Blaster is a tool Power Disc that appears in Disney Infinity. It originates from the Toy Story Midway Mania attraction in the Parks Disney California Adventure & Disney’s Hollywood Studios, based off of the Toy Story franchise. When fired it shoots out a mini rocket with confetti. The projectile launches whatever it hits into the air.
In Disney Infinity 2.0, by using the Loot Editor, you can unlock this without a Power Disc.
