Yondu is a character from the Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy. He may be used in:

the Guardians of the Galaxy Play Set with Disney Infinity 2.0 (only)
the Toy Box for Disney Infinity 2.0 and later,
all Marvel Toy Box Games for 2.0 and later, and
all Toy Box Expansion Games (Disney Infinity 3.0).

He is a playable character and has a Team-Up Disc in Disney Infinity 2.0. He was revealed to be playable when someone got 2.0 early and found him in the Hall of Heroes. He was officially revealed by Disney on September 11th, 2014,^[1] and released in 2015.^[2] ^[3]

Yondu's Skill Tree is, like all the other playable characters', divided into branches, that improve different abilities. Following is a list of all the upgrades in the four different branches in Yondu's Skill Tree, plus the 2 Respenders.

Ranged Attack[]

Repel	Repel an attacking opponent. Tap the 'block' button just before an attack. Requires skilled timing. 3 skill points
Ranged Attack Upgrade	Increases the damage of Yondu's charged attacks. 2 skill points
Stunning Move	Yondu's Yaka Arrow stuns enemies. 4 skill points
Barrage in Blue	Sends Yondu's charged Yaka Arrow ricocheting between targets. 2 skill points
Ranged Attack Upgrade	Increases the damage of Yondu's charged attacks. 4 skill points
Ramping Up - Level 1	Decreases the time needed to charge Yondu's Yaka arrows. 4 skill points
Ultra Ranged Attack Upgrade	Increases the damage of Yondu's charged attacks. 6 skill points
Ramping Up - Level 2	Decreases the time needed to charge Yondu's Yaka arrows. 6 skill points
Ricochet Roundhouse - Level 1	Increases the number of hits made by Yondu's ricocheting Yaka Arrow. 3 skill points
Ricochet Roundhouse - Level 2	Increases the number of hits made by Yondu's ricocheting Yaka Arrow. 5 skill points
Explosive Situation	Yondu's Yaka Arrow detonates when it hits the final ricochet target. 6 skill points

Offensive Behaviour	Increases the damage and area of effect of Yondu's Air Assault. 2 skill points

Double-Deal	Yondu rolls backwards, sending arrows at the target. 4 skill points
Anger Management	A series of attacks that breaks an opponent's block and sends multiple arrows in their direction. 2 skill points
Super Damage Increase	Increase the damage of Yondu's combo attack. 4 skill points
Alien Aggression	When performing a Anger Management, release the 'attack' button then tap the 'attack' button to perform a powerful attack that results in Yondu kicking back his opponent and sending an arrow after them. Requires skilled timing. 4 skill points

Speedy Meter Upgrade	Increases the rate at which the Special Move meter fills when Power Pickups are obtained. 4 skill points
Special Move Bonus	Increases the damage dealt by the Ravager Rampage. 2 skill points
Power Disc Recharge Upgrade	Increases the rate at which the Power Disc meter fills. 3 skill points
Power Disc Recharge Upgrade	Increases the rate at which the Power Disc meter fills. 5 skill points
Special Move Meter Upgrade	Adds a portion to the Special Move meter. When filled, the Character can activate a Special Move. 3 skill points
Special Move Mega Bonus	Increases the damage dealt by the Ravager Rampage. 6 skill points
Special Move Bonus	Increases the damage dealt by the Ravager Rampage. 4 skill points
Special Move Meter Upgrade	Adds a portion to the Special Move meter. When filled, the Character can activate a Special Move. 5 skill points

Trivia[]

He is the only character to be both a team-up disc and playable character.
He is also a mission giver in the Guardians of the Galaxy Play Set, making him the third playable character to also be a mission giver, with the other two being Nick Fury in Avengers Play Set and Randall Boggs in the Monsters University Play Set from Disney Infinity 1.0.
Up to 8 Yondus can be in play if an online game has all 4 people using Yondu and the Marvel Team Up: Yondu.
