Flo's V8 Cafe is found in Radiator Springs in the Cars Playset. It's owned by Flo in the Cars films and the game.
The Cafe[]
Flo's V8 Cafe has two special buttons. One makes the roofs on the gas station flip open, to make a ramp. The other button is on the main building itself. This button changes the music in the Cars Play Set.
How to unlock the Cafe[]
Flo's V8 Cafe is unlock in a Prize Capsule by jumping through the top section of the barn, and driving through the Prize Capsule.
