Holley's Hubcap Pinwheel is first available in Disney Infinity 1.0.
How to obtain:
- 1.0: It is unlocked from a Capsule in the Cars Play Set.
- 2.0 and 3.0: It is available to be purchased from the Toy Store for Sparks, or unlocked by placing the Cars Play Set piece on the Disney Infinity Base.
Where to find in the Editors:
- In the 1.0 Build View, it can be found under the "Decorations" category.
- In the 2.0 Toy Box Editor it can be found under the "Decorations" category when "Unfiltered", and under the "Cars Set" category when filtered by "Toy Origin".
- In the 3.0 Toy Box Editor it can be found under the "Decorations" category when "Unfiltered", and under the "Cars Set" category when filtered by "Toy Origin".
