- 1.0: He is obtained from the first of Jack Skellington's Character Chests.
- 2.0: He is unlocked by placing Jack Skellington on the Disney Infinity Base, or available to be purchased in the Toy Store for Sparks.
- 3.0: He is unlocked by placing the Figure on the Disney Infinity Base.

- In 1.0, he can be found in the "Toy Box Townspeople" category while in Build View.
- In later editions:
- When Unfiltered, he can be found under the "Character Townspeople" category.
