Loadouts are special weapons equipped on Ground Vehicles, first appearing in Disney Infinity 1.0 in the Cars Play Set and the Toy Box.
Obtaining[]
They can be obtained from a Vehicle Weapon Generator, and can be equipped on most Vehicles via the ring menu. Vehicles with built-in weapons include:
- Astro Blasters Space Cruiser : shoots red energy pulses
- Attack Copter : shoots missiles forward, which then veer downward
- Incredicar : shoots a purple plasma ball forward, which bounces along the ground
- Incredicopter : similar to the Attack Copter
- Light Runner : shoots an 8-bit missile forward
- Recognizer : shoots an 8-bit missile forward
Usage[]
Vehicle Weapons may be used by both players and NPCs.
- When used in the Cars Play Set or in a Toy Box that uses a Vehicle Weapon Generator, the weapons will disappear.
- When used in the Toy Box, they are freely available for use, and will simply reload when emptied - unless the vehicle has a built-in weapon.
Types[]
Disney Infinity 1.0[]
Four types of vehicle weapons originate from the Cars Play Set:
These were carried forward to Disney Infinity 2.0.
Disney Infinity 3.0[]
In Disney Infinity 3.0, the previous Loadouts were replaced with the following:
- Bombs
- Homer
- Multishot
- Oil Slick
- Tick Tock Boom
- Triple Missiles
- Turbo Leech
- Unbreakable
Trivia[]
- In Disney Infinity 3.0, while the Loadouts use the same ring menu interface as Packs and Tools and can have their positions swapped, the position isn't persistent. Each time the ring menu is accessed, the Loadouts appear in their default positions.
- The Green Goblin Glider, Spider-Glider, Jack-O-Lantern's Glider, and Aladdin's Magic Carpet all have the ability to use vehicle weapons, even though they are Packs and not considered Vehicles in-game.
- While technically a Vehicle, the Beastly Bicycle from the Monsters University Play Set cannot use Vehicle Weapons.
