Male S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 1 is a Play Set Townsperson from Marvel's Spider-Man Play Set. He can be bought in the Toy Store under "Play Sets" and "Spider-Man - Page 1".

- If he encounters an enemy, he will not run away or faint like other Townspeople, but will start shooting it with his gun. The enemy may attack him too, but he can not get defeated, since he is a Townsperson. He shares this ability with Metroville Police Officer, UN Guard, Male S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 2, Female S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 1 and 2, and Police Officer 1 and 2.
- However, if he or anyone mentioned above are put on a team, they will attack by kicking and punching like normal Townspeople. This also allows them to get defeated.
