How to obtain:

• 1.0 and 2.0: It is unlocked by default.
• 3.0: It is unlocked by default.

Where to find in the Editors:

• In the 1.0 Build View, it can be found under the "Terrain" category.
• In the 2.0 Toy Box Editor it can be found under the "Terrain" category when "Unfiltered", and under the "Water" category when filtered by "Terrain".
• In the 3.0 Toy Box Editor it can be found under the "Terrain" category when "Unfiltered", and under the "Water" category when filtered by "Terrain".
