Secret Door is only available in Disney Infinity 3.0.
It is located at the back of the Lobby in the player's My INterior Toy Box, and can be customized with a number of Lobby Customizations. It can be opened to reveal a "secret door" that can be connected to another INterior Room.
In Disney Infinity 2.0, this was named Fireplace, and is now one of the INterior Themes for this feature in 3.0.
