Fear Tech's Sludge Balloon is a tool in Disney Infinity. It is obtained by collecting all 20 Fear Tech pennants in the Monsters University Playset. When thrown at an enemy or other player, it will coat them in an transparent, orange slime. It is the default weapon for some of the Fear Tech Students.[1] It is also the default tool of Fear Tech Student Patrol 1, 2, and 3.
Disney Infinity 2.0
For some unknown reason, the balloon does not reappear in Disney Infinity 2.0, although the Fear Tech Students still throw them. For some unknown reason, it does not reappear in Disney Infinity 2.0, although strangely, the Fear Tech Students that use it as their default tool continue to do so.
