—Spider-Man, when placed on the Disney Infinity Base, shared with Black Suit Spider-Man.
Spider-Man is the protagonist of the movie, comics and show of the same name, and a playable character in Disney Infinity: 2.0 Edition. He was first seen in the trailer for the game, when he is seen briefly swinging and chasing Green Goblin. He has a Costume Change Disc for Alien Symbiote. He also has a Black Suit Spider-Man variant that is identical to the Alien Symbiote costume and is sold in the PlayStation Vita Starter Pack along with the Spider-Man Play Set. Black Suit Spider-Man was released as a single figure for Disney Infinity: 3.0 Edition.[1]
Appearance
The base of Spider Man's suit is red, but it has a darker shade of red making webbing on his suit. The legs and sides are blue and he has a black spider on his upper chest.
Abilities
Spider-Man uses his Web Line ability for ranged attacks, where he can stun enemies and pull them closer to him. He has a melee combo where he punches, kicks, and attacks with the help of his Web. Spider-Man has the Super Jump, Web Sling, and Wall Crawl abilities.

Spider-Man's Skill Tree is, like all the other playable characters', divided into branches that improve different abilities. Following is a list of all the upgrades in the four different branches in Spider-Man's Skill Tree, plus the 2 Respenders.

- Drake Bell, who voices Spider-Man in Ultimate Spider-Man, Avengers Assemble and Hulk and the agents of S.M.A.S.H., voices Spider-Man for Disney Infinity 2.0.
- Spider-Man is the first character revealed to have the ability to web swing, the second being Venom and third being Quorra.
- His model number is 1000107.
- He has a Power Disc that changes his outfit to Black Spider-Man.
- With the PS Vita Version of the game comes an exclusive Black Suit version of Spider-Man, released May 15, 2015.
- Spidey is the only playable character introduced in Disney Infinity 2.0 to receive an alternate figure design.
- He is also one of two playable characters to receive a non-crystal variant, along with Buzz Lightyear via the Glow in the Dark variant for the PC version.
- Black Suit Spider-Man is one of two alternate figures released as part of the waves of Disney Infinity 2.0, the other being Crystal Sorcerer Mickey, however the latter was planned as part of the 1.0 lineup.
- Black Suit Spidey is also the only alternate figure to be released so far that can only be played as in Disney Infinity 2.0.
- Black Suit Spider-Man is the first alternate figure in the games to not have its own statue in the Hall of Heroes as it's still considered to be Spider-Man in general, however instead when players take ownership of the figure in 3.0 the Spider-Man staute will have the Symbiote goo surround it.
