The Toy Story Mania Blaster is a tool Power Disc that appears in Disney Infinity. It originates from Toy Story Midway Mania! in the Disney Parks, based off of the Toy Story franchise. When fired it shoots out a mini rocket with confetti. The projectile launches whatever it hits into the air.
In Disney Infinity 2.0, by using the Loot Editor, you can unlock this without a Power Disc.
